I have only dealt with them once.
I needed a windshirld rubber and they were alleged to have the best.

I called to check on the order and the guy I spoke to was more than pleasant
and took time out to explain that they got the rubber from Germany, etc.

The part arrived in a timely fashion and was of the stated quality.
