I had an odd experience with Mitchell Motorworks (then AKA: Busted Bus) and
I thought I'd never deal with them again.

Then Chris took over so I sent him an email.

I was looking for a Westfalia propane tank. My '73 didn't come with one
(it also didn't come with its vanagon kitchen ;-) ).
He found me a tank in short order and quoted me a really good price.

When I saved enough pennies, I got in touch and Chris sent me the tank (he actually held onto it for me).

When the tank arrived, it was more than adequately packaged. Upon getting it out of the box, I was
shocked to find it was in great shape and freshly painted.

I had been expecting to have to work on loads of rust.
After all, the thing was mounted under a van.

My experiences with Busted Bus Chris so far say I can highly recommend
him as a reliable source of used VW parts.
