Sand Blasting specialists are hard to find.

Finding Bill was more of a re-discovery than an initial contact.
I met him for the first time in the 1970s as a friend of a friend.
I encountered him again in 1997 at a restaurant where I was the entertainment.

He mentioned, at that time, that he could paint my VW and I was finding it so difficult
to find somebody who sand blasts anymore, I went looking for him in November of 2005.
