These folks seem honest, prices are good,
and you can get a real person on the phone.

I screwed up once and ordered the wrong muffler for my van.
I called BD and they didn't give me a hard time at all.
I had the right muffler in-hand quick

Be sure to ask about delivery times when you place the order though.
I've ordered many times from BD and sometimes the stuff shows up in a day,
sometimes closer to two weeks (always UPS Ground, 3 day) .

Also, backordered items of low value can be deleted from your order without notice.

All in all though, I've enjoyed great service from BD.
