I have only dealt with them once.
One part they're sort of famous for is the "SVDA" distributor.

The order was well-packaged, arrived in a timely fashion, and
technical instructions were included.

I had an email exchange with John, their technical guy.
I can't say much for his "bedside manner" since he doesn't seem to have one.
This is by his own admission. He's direct and informative.
That's all I needed.
