Before finding Bill, I started on this exchanger with a sander and 60 grit paper.
The flat parts were easy and I thought the "swirly" scratches from the random orbit motion
might serve nicely for the POR to adhere to. When I had to get into the crooks and nannies
however, the task became something I didn't have the energy for. Bill got the above result on
two exchangers, a tailpipe and the muffler in ten minutes. $50 well spent.
